We love Shine! It's consistently our favorite sushi in the city... always notably fresh, fast service, interesting and delicious rolls. And the best part is you can have your sushi with other great non-sushi entrees - they do everything very well! We love the Singapore Noodles as a side with our sushi. Plus if you aren't getting delivery, the actual restaurant is very nice and they have a lovely outdoor section when the weather is nice. I am truly shocked that other people have rated Shine so low on here. In fact, it makes me distrust the GrubHub rating system entirely.

My husband and I have been looking for a place with great Chinese food - and we found it with Shine! Finally shrimp fried rice I love!!! Hubby likes the Mongolian beef and my crispy shrimp was delicious!

They forgot an item from my order and before I could even call someone from the restaurant (not Grubhub) had come to deliver the missing items. Impressive!

My food came early- within 40 minutes on a busy Friday night. I had the Tom Yum soup with shrimp (I've been fighting a cold)- it was steaming hot. The shrimp were large and juicy and the lemongrass flavor permeated the broth with powerful aromatics. I also had three pieces of fresh salmon which were melt in my mouth deliciously fresh. I tried the brown rice which didn't hold together as well as the standard white rice but I was trying to be healthy and would go for the brown again in the future. Overall I would absolutely order from Shine again!

I have loved shines sesame chicken for probably over ten years. Seriously its one of my favorite meals in Chicago. I moved to NYC for many years and couldnt get as good sesame chicken ANYWHERE. just moved back to Chicago and so happy that I can have this staple dish of mine whenever I please. Thank you shine!!!!!! Also sushi is good and crab Rangoon. But Im all about the sesame chicken stir fry dish. SO GOOD.
